I made the mistake so you don’t have to. Disappointed is an understatement! Temu quality, at a premium price. Truly surprised at the good reviews. As it goes with this site, click the 1 star reviews and take heed! I don’t usually check this app unless I’ve never heard of the company and with so many influencer endorsements I thought I didn’t need to. How wrong! I opted for a bundle; 2 rings, a free bracelet and free earrings. The rings 4/10, light weight cannot justify the price, supposed to be premium cut stones, true marketing spiel, oval centre stone with checkerboard windows, four clear rectangles when the stone is moved around, screams fake and cheap. The bracelet 0/10 truly awful, I’m talking Christmas cracker, bent out of shape badly positioned stones, think of a children’s Highstreet retailer beginning with “C” and has “air” in the middle, take a sparkly bracelet that you’d buy a child you don’t like from that retailer then stamp it on the ground, you’d get a what looks like a premium product from this retailer. The piéce de résistance the “free” Fae earrings these gold earrings came with silver backs! But who sees the backs right? Oh and these awful things aren’t free! They’re over £20, yes! And NON RETURNABLE, which is usual for pierced items, but the utter mismatched garbage they sent out then refused to refund for is an insult and one I’ll be taking to trading standards. Currently going through the returns process, £4.50 return fee is reasonable about the only positive thing I can say about this company. Don’t believe the pictures on the website and unless you want to pay £25 for the mistake don’t order a bundle either!

I absolutely loved my ring. I wear it everyday it did not tarnish,it looks beautiful like new. I wish we could have shop in Australia.

Ring wasn’t in the box, kept replying to me with generic messages saying “it looks like this was delivered.”

Terrible customer service,no resolution offered. I asked for an investigation, for CCTV, I asked for a form to fill out… no response.

I’ve had to go via the bank as I’ve given all the proof they want and no one is willing to help me. The item probably cost them about $.30 and they still don’t seem to be happy to help, terrible customer service - I recommend to avoid.

I bought this ring after seeing it advertised all over social media. The photos and videos showed a super sparkly, shiny stone. What I received was completely different. The stone is white and matte, with no sparkle at all. It looks cheap and nothing like what was advertised.

This is false publicity and very misleading. The product does not match the images or description they use to sell it. I regret this purchase and would not recommend buying based on their ads.

I’m so impressed with the jewellery and the service I’ve received from OBJKTS. The rings I’ve received are absolutely stunning and when I needed to send one back to get a different style, the process was so simple and customer service was top notch. I even messaged on instagram and they explained exactly why the ring I initially chose didn’t stack properly. I’m so happy with the quality and I’m constantly getting compliments on the rings I chose. I’ll definitely be shopping here again.

I am totally obsessed with my purchase. I went for Maura and I love it. I can pair it with my wedding ring and it looks amazing. The delivery was quick and would definitely purchase from here again. Highly recommend.

Website easy to navigate, prompt delivery, lovely packaging the ring itself is fantastic quality and not to mention that sparkle … it truly dazzles. A beautiful addition to occasion wear. Will absolutely be purchasing more pieces. You can never have too much sparkles.. especially at these prices.

Objkts jewellery is amazing. I have brought a few of their pieces and they are gorgeous and timeless.

I ordered a bracelet. The size listed on the website was inaccurate. The bracelet was smaller than the description. When inquiring about returning, I was told that I would have to pay full shipping costs although the onus was on OBJKTS. I would be very wary about ordering from the site as sizing is not accurate, then return costs are the consumers responsibility.

I’m so impressed with the Maura ring I bought, it’s absolutely stunning. Just like in the photos!

Most the Jewellery received from my partner at Christmas was beautiful the ring was beautiful and fit perfect .

The only annoying issue was the earrings look beautiful but the backs where bending as soon as I put the back on so very poor material . And the tennis bracelet keeps falling off as the clasp is also poorly made and it loose so it won’t stay on . So my partner had bought the items and only one I can really wear …. It’s a little frustrating as he has spend money on all items so why only get one that’s ok.

I have encouraged my partner to reach out and ask for either a new bracelet or a refund .
