It's all show and no substance. Returning items is very complicated and expensive. Afterwards, OBJKTS tries to lure customers by offering vouchers for reviews, which are never issued.

Giselle Ring & Fluted Half Band - Amazing!
I bought a couple rings and a couple bands to try on. I ended up loving the Giselle ring (so much so that I bought a ring spacer to make the slightly large size 5 fit me better - OJKTS team, please consider carrying a size 4 of the Giselle ring!!!). The fluted half band is also beautiful and versatile. It was very easy to return the 1 ring + 1 band I decided not to keep (they were gorgeous, but the Giselle was the clear winner for me). Everything looked just like the photos, and I receive so many compliments on my rings!

I absolutely loved my OBJKTS ring deal! I was only looking for a vacation engagement ring and ended up loving the design more than my original ring. It’ll only give my husband something to work for. Will definitely be buying from this company again.

Ordered a ring and on the website it said it was sterling silver. When I received the package, the package days its a copper ring. Why is there a discrepancy? Upon opening the ring, it didn't feel like sterling silver, it felt like plastic. Whatever the coating is, I don't want it on my skin, especially if im looking to wear this for the majority of the day. The band feels cheap, but the diamond was very sparkly. I got a refund successfully, but due to the discrepancies in the specs and false advertisement of sterling silver I would not buy again from this brand.

I was truthfully skeptical in buying the jewelry but I'm thrilled that I did!!!The website is amazing with all the help for sizing that you could possibly need and true representation with beautiful imagery. The quality is incredible. I've worn the pieces at work and out, and received compliments I did not expect. The customer service is smooth and I am now looking to buy more!!!

I used their size chart and the paper measure test to measure my finger. When the ring arrived, it was far too big.

The ring received was measuring as a size 9 using their online ring sizer…. I ordered an 8. When they responded, they denied any wrong doing and I now have to pay for international return postage for false advertising.

Have just wasted time and money with this unethical company. Dont bother!!!!!

Bought a necklace and a pair of studs from this brand, really beautiful. However, an earring post arrived bent. I contacted them and the immediately arranged a replacement, so far so good! After around 2.5 weeks I was still waiting,so contacted them again...replacement now out of stock. Offered to wait, or choose something else. I chose something else,opting to pay the difference...but was going to be charged £4.95 shipping...for a replacement..not great, so I requested a refund which in fairness was granted easily. A couple of weeks later it has still not cleared in my account mind you. Update on the product...I decided to try and wear the earrings...the other post also bent trying to get the back on,and the head of the first bent post broke off entirely. I have never ever broken an earring before. Honestly I haven't worn the necklace yet because I am afraid it will also break,and it's so pretty I don'twant that to happen. Not sure about the quality of this brand, good customer service if you discount the fact they didn't let me know my replacement was out of stock until I asked.

I have now purchased two rings from Objkts and am super super happy... the rings are so elegant and shiny and look very luxurious. They arrived quickly and were wrapped extremely well. I am planning on ordering a third ring soon. Thank you Objkts!

I ordered a ring and saw it is shipped from China and not the UK. So still waiting for my ring. I think it would be fair to mention that you ship from China on your website or at the checkout page. If known, I wouldn't order the ring.

The rings are beautiful but the sizing was way out even after using the measuring service and the delivery was very slow - just to bear in mind if you are under time pressure!

If you're looking for affordable jewellery that looks way more expensive than it is, the OBJKTS is for you. I was dubious at first, but when my first order arrived, I couldn't be more impressed. It won't be my last order, that's for sure!

My experience with the items has been very positive. The quality meets my expectations, everything looks great, and I’m very happy with them overall.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE for faulty products. I received a tennis necklace as a gift, the clasp was faulty and the necklace kept falling off (my first wear it fell off 3 times while sitting at a luncheon in a restaurant)…. Customer service replied quickly to my original email asking for a video of the problem which I provided the same day… it’s now 6 weeks later and I have made several attempts at contact with absolutely no reply whatsoever. An absolute disgrace. Would definitely recommend against this company, am sure you can get similar products from a much more reputable store and avoid being stuck with a piece of jewelry you can’t even wear.

I saw Objkts online & thought the rings looked amazing. After reading some reviews I was a bit sceptical.
But my ring arrived quite quickly. The fits is perfect. It looks fab! I’ve had so many people asking me about it. Very impressed.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I returned a ring set that was too small and purchased a replacement, but the return was never received. Shockingly, they do not provide tracking for returns, leaving customers with no way to verify delivery — completely unacceptable for a company handling expensive items. To make matters worse, the quality of the jewelry is very poor. It feels lightweight and cheaply made, more like costume jewelry than something worth hundreds of dollars. I am now out nearly $500 — about $240 for the return that apparently vanished, and another $240 for jewelry I’m stuck with because I’m unwilling to risk another untracked return. Overall, this has been one of the worst purchasing experiences I’ve had. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere before spending your money here.

I never received my rings. When I reached out to OBJKTS about it, they said it was my responsibility to reach out to their carrier to ask if it was delivered to the wrong house. Then they included a photo from the carrier - it was clearly from a moving car window of my house. The photo wasn't the box sitting on my front porch or of my mailbox - just a drive by of my house.
My guess is the delivery driver stole the package, but the lack of involvement and responsibility form OBJKTS to help me rectify makes it so I'll never purchase from them again and I will share my experience with others so they don't have the same issue.

Such beautiful rings I have a few now. The sparkle is unreal on them. So so happy with my purchases.
