BUYER BEWARE Part 2! Opodo can’t even cancel my trip! I had to call EasyJet myself to cancel! What a nightmare! £280 gone ( I did get the tax back £42). Avoid this company at all costs!!!!!

Very bad company! The airline canceled my flight but refused to refund my money. Even when you book with flexible options to change your travel date, they charge an additional fee that ends up costing more than booking a new ticket

Review:
I booked a vehicle with SAN SIXT through Opodo on the 21 June 2025 and arrived on time with all required documentation. Unfortunately, the reserved vehicle was not available, and the alternative offered was unsuitable for my needs. No other options were provided, and I had to cancel the rental on-site without receiving any vehicle.
I contacted Enterprise for assistance, but was told it could take up to 20 working days to resolve. Eventually, I was informed that no refund would be issued, despite the fact that the service was not fulfilled.
I’m disappointed with the lack of accountability and customer support. I expected better from a company of this reputation. I would advise others to be cautious and ensure they have backup options or travel

I was travelling to 6 countries and had 7 flights, I got confirmed on 3 then cancelled I rebooked the exact same flights with success, I don’t know why they were cancelled. I was travelling with a friend so we had to be together eventually I booked Australia myself £89 🤡 wasted money. Rubbish Arty contact. Want a refund, doubt I’ll get it.

To whom it may concern, please I bought a ticket £3plus and you have the oder city to go back to my account to proocess another £89 for your self I am going to call that money bank.

I always enjoy going to obodo, all the staff are great and well able to get people moving.Great atmosphere for all levels! Highly recommended for anyone looking to make a change to their training or even just starting off !!

iBook for airline flight and pay for that I get jet flight really bad , I tried to change online not possible I tried to called the customer service no answer

The worst choice you can possibly get, If you want to be treated like a fool and pay 5x more on flight tickets you definetely found the place: obodo!

An amazing team to work with!
