The dedicated agents are responsive, knowledgeable and attentive to your needs. The prices offered for products and delivery are very competitive. The platform is intuitive and it also allows to pay the orders automatically which is not the case for the other platforms. Storage is not charged unlike other platforms. And one of the strong points of obordesk is their quality control. Each product is checked and if there is a problem with a product, the information is directly transmitted and the part is recommended to the supplier. If the customer receives a defective product, it can happen but it is very rare, just open a ticket, provide pictures and Obordesk sends the product back to the customer.
