Very easy to arrange
Very easy to arrange, easy to enter site and no problems with container. Once we had finished storing our stuff our deposit was returned quickly.

Six Years of Excellent Storage and Support
We've been a client of O’Brien Self Storage for around six years now, and they’ve been excellent from day one. Their pricing is very reasonable for the quality of the site, which is always well maintained. Any issues have been sorted promptly and professionally.
It’s been good to see the company investing in the site over the years. The upgrade work has always been carried out thoughtfully, and we’ve never been inconvenienced by it. John Hibberd has been a great point of contact, and his team are consistently helpful. On several occasions we’ve phoned at short notice needing extra storage, and the team have always come back quickly with a practical solution.
I’d happily recommend O’Brien Self Storage as one of the most professional storage providers in Tyne & Wear.

Easy transaction and self explanatory, rolling contract to take the worry away. We had ours for 5 months.

The container was spotless.
The gates malfunctioned once but rang the office and were sorted immediately.
