Too expensive for small electrical work
The company charged me 1500dkk to hang one lamp and I was surprised by the amount. Turns out, the company charges by work hour started - so if an electrician worked for 61 minutes, you are paying for 2 full hours of work. I contacted the company about it and they explained that's because I need to pay also for driving and parking time (I live 900 meters from their office), for someone's office work (such as emailing and invoicing), etc.
This is the company's choice how they price their services but I believe this was not communicated clearly to me beforehand (I asked how pricing works). I would not have chosen them for small electrical work, because this way of pricing can be too expensive for small electrical work (as the electrician spent 70-75 minutes in my hime).
It is a shame about the communication because the electrician himself was very pleasant and professional - I was very happy to have him in my home.
