Inconvenient experience
The user interface for the site doesn’t quite make purchasing things easy, and with no direct option to change billing or shipment information and having to wait several days for you to answer so i can cancel an order immediately after placing it is extremely inconvenient
Edit: their response to this review has me lowering my previous rating. To say it’s user error when I expressed the inconvenience of not being able to swiftly correct information and having to wait for you to respond. Trying to pin it on translation errors shows a lack of accountability. The user interface immediately checked me out after i hit enter on a line in the address without warning. Then to suggest i needed to be more patient when I waited 36 hours before taking it to paypal and you didn’t even email me until 2 days AFTER i took it to paypal has assured me of your gross unprofessional conduct.

The site is primarily designed for French users, and I understand that even with a translation, it can be complicated. I always reply to messages within 24-48 hours maximum. If you had waited, we could have easily canceled or changed the address. However, having opened a PayPal dispute, we are currently unable to do anything at this stage. Have a good day.
I love my new Lamp
I love my new Lamp. Good quality, nice paintjob and decorated with heart. Its beautiful and i love it. Only thing i really dont like is the battery compartment. One with bigger batterys would be so much nicer and a better quality of the battery compartment. I dont want my lamp to be unusable bc i broke the thing by accident. I love my lamp to much for that. You did a great job and its worth every penny. <3

In love with the product, quick shipping and looks great. Only downside is there are a few glue strains visible but I was easily able to remove them. Next time I'd expect them to not be there for the price I have paid.
