Avoid, terrible service

Ordered 2 signed items for a UK delivery. Received an email to say 1 item was being refunded, no reason or warning. Emailed for a reason, received a rude, Kurt reply from Brittney (the person I was told to contact) Then heard nothing. Had to chase and was again rudely/abruptly told it was out of stock. There were similar items at the same price I would of accepted, not even offered. Did not receive a refund on my extra Tax or P&P. Asked for a response, received nothing. Sent a complaint and asked to escalate, received nothing back. Awful customer service and they have not refunded me the correct amount. Avoid!

The company refuses to communicate.

The company refuses to communicate. I ordered a Val Kilmer autograph on an 8x10 for a signing a year ago. I’ve asked time and time again on updates and get vague to no answers each time. Now unfortunately Val has passed away and still no communication. I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone buy from them, at least until they learn to be transparent with their customers.
