Customer service experience
Packaging looks like its been wrapped in a bin bag, box was flimsy so came damaged thankfully nothing was damaged. Never got an email confirmation which is a first for me so not really happy with the overall customer service I believe there's a lot that can be improved on.

I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service. Although I feel the review is slightly unfair. The packaging used is a standard DHL parcel packaging so I can assure you this was not a bin bag.
The card board box are our standard box's and as I am sure you can appreciate, we have no control over how the parcel is handled once it has left our depot. We do try to take handling into account and ensure adequate bubble wrap is used when packing the items. As your items arrived undamaged it proves that the extra care we take has paid off. I would also like to state that we do not offer a gift wrapping service, and therefore the box's are not designed to be 'pretty' although I do apologise that this came damaged. I have also checked, and can confirm that you received a confirmation email which was sent to the registered email address on 5th December at 6:27pm to confirm your order, and a further email on Monday 6th December at 11:02am which contained your shipping confirmation.
I would therefore like you to reconsider your review, given the reasons for the complaint are completely outside of our control as a business.

Loved the Velocity Si02 detailer spray since picking up a bottle at Goodwood FOS. I was running low, so ordered another bottle and some iron remover for the wheels, all with a Halloween discount and a free bag of mini haribo, it was packaged well and arrived quickly. Thanks.

Amazing service and advice.
I like to clean and detail my cars and take hours and hours doing it. I think I do a pretty good job but OCD take it to another level.
I like that they share photos of the progress and the work carried out.
I don't really like leaving my pride and joy anywhere but trust them completely with it.
Can't recommend them enough.
