Hi, we are sorry that your order has not been received as it in transit in the midsts of the Canada Post nation-wide postal strike which has caused delays across the board. You were provided with tracking information. When you inquired about your order, we responded the same day of your inquiry advising you of delays which was posted on our website. At that timed we also advised you that if you had any additional questions or concerns, we were there to assist and we did not receive further correspondence from you.
It is unfortunate that you have chosen to leave such a review as a punishment for a national situation that is affecting all businesses and is beyond our control. We also checked the progress of the shipment which does advise that there are delays due to the strike. We hope you consider revising this response, but that is your right as a customer.
