When I was a fetus, my mother hollowed out a place for me in Cape Cod sand. That was summer 1958. Each year since, Cape Cod summers have been a sacred tradition. High Head Cottages became White Village cottages and now a portion of those, White Village condominiums, and cottage 14S is rented by Oceana Cottages. Cottage 14S has been my summer rental home for the last 19 years. It has become increasingly difficult to experience the outer Cape the way it used to be with elite accommodations that are impossible to afford. Located across Rt. 6A from beach access, one can see the bay from the front windows and dunes from the back. Those seeking luxurious living will not find their home in this in Cottage 14S. But those remembering fondly the Cape Cod vacations of their youth will appreciate this basic charm and proximity to all it offers.

I’ve been coming to this place 2-3 times every summer for the past 6 years now!!! There is no better place to vacation! The view is amazing and the cottages are very clean! Staff is super nice!! Hoping for many more years

I'd been coming here for over 4 years until I moved to the UK in December, 2020. I have seen the changes that they have made, from what it was to what it is now and it is beautiful. I LOVE the coordinating colours and the new appliances. I love the care and pride they take in keeping the cottages fresh and clean. Their dedication to the cleaning and disinfection of the cottages tells of the love they have for keeping their guests safe. This was just the getaway I'd been looking for. I will miss you, Helena and Oceana Cottages!
I HIGHLY recommend Oceana Cottages to ANYONE looking for a peaceful and beautiful way to recharge their batteries.
