Had a fab tour with Ramzan today...picked up from hotel and taken directly to the meeting point at the sand dunes. The meeting point is well set out with free tea coffee fizzy juice and water.
1st activity was quad bike...husband and daughter said it was amazing, this was followed by a camel ride, then Dune Bashing which was fantastic...DONT eat before it tho🤣🤣
You then had the option to do sandboarding before going back to the meeting point and driven back to your hotel.
The tour was brilliant and i would thoroughly recommend this company and in particular Ramzan who was the perfect guide🥰

A fantastic week in the UAE was unfortunately marred by booking the tour - Dubai: Discover Dubai's Creek and Souks with Street Food on October 15 with Shakil who as opposed with having his guests' best interests mind led us to the spice souk Lucky Life - a predatory scam for tourists.

After a presentation of the teas/saffron they sell, you're given - dizziying- options to buy by the gram via jars they provide. The vendor insisted that I buy saffron (25 AED a gram) but as I was more interested in the more cheaper teas (1-2 AED per gram) he maliously charged my CC $60 USD (nearly the price of this very same tour) for 20 grams of tea (for a sealed bag). He then proceed to admit he had scammed me, offered to give me a bag of dates to atone. I as a woman traveling alone, just wanted to leave and felt unsafe.

Shakil noticed my demeanor had changed and rather than asking me if I was OK, attempted awkward small talk, even oddly giving me a hard time on dropping me at my hotel despite paying for that option. In fact he picked me up at the mall next door (not at my hotel) and wanted to drop me off there despite my numerous requests he drop me at my hotel door. Ultimately he did but it was all together the worst tour I have ever been on.

Honestly the best thing ever! The whole team was attentive, offering to take multiple pictures for everyone through out, my family and I had a fab time. Pablo and team were excellent at all times and continuously checked on us to see if everything was okay. The whole ride was so dreamy. Really really recommend. Thank you to the whole team for making our trip to Dubai that much more pleasant!

Appalling. Lost our booking. Wanted us to pay again - then the whole trip was dodgy. They stopped off at some truck stop for half hour with activities that we didn’t book and wanted us to pay more. The actual safari experience was pathetic. They just kept nagging us for more money. They car was dangerously overcrowded 9 ppl in a 6 seater.
Overall a very disappointing experience.

One of the best tours in Dubai, especially as a family. Combination between pleasure, nature, adventure and fun. Perfect organization and processes at a fair price-performance ratio. Everything was so well organized from booking, hotel pick-up, tour activities and back to the hotel. Our guide, Taufeeq, deserves a special mention. He made sure everyone was satisfied and accommodated every request, especially the dune bashing fun and all the informations and explanations on various subjects related to Dubai, history, nature and sightseeing. We rate the tour as a 110% and recommend it to others

Moosa was a fantastic guide. On dubia desert tour. Looked after us and my kids. Great driver for the sand dunes.

I just got back from the day trip to the desert. It was a wonderful and well organized trip. It is absolutely worth the money!!! At the camp which was set up really nice we had great food and nice entertainment. Enough time to relax and enjoy the camp.

Our guide Ramadan was exceptionally good and explained in detail the local culture, traditional medicines, and introduced us graciously to Blue Mosque and the Islamic religion and daily life in the religious community. Highly recommended. Wonderful afternoon and evening in the best of new and old Dubai.

Our guide _Mohamed Alí was very friendly, with a great humor and was very helpfull. The Tour was in spanish and he has a really good accent. Amost as he is a spanish native. He has explained everything in details.
We have to give 5 stars but the Tour was much more valuable because of his way of work.

For the price we paid we got transport to and from our hotel, a camel ride, quad biking, a safari drive, sandboarding as well as unlimited drinks. All the staff were nice especially siraj who was our leader. Would recommend this company to anyone who wants to do popular desert activities for a decent price.

Me and my office colleagues (9 persons) went on a safari trip (17.02.2022) with OceanAir Travel in Dubai and it was an amazing and unforgettable experience. I cannot remember the last time I had so much fun. They communicated with us via whatsapp messages, came on time to pick us up, were very friendly and kind always made sure we are ok and have everything we need. In the desert we had a great dune bashing experience with the best driver (Shihab). The drivers took photos for all of us and were really attentive with everyone and after we went on adventure with the buggies (a staff member came with us and made sure we are safe) . The evening in the camp was awesome (the show -stunning, the food - delicious and the vibe and ambiance were surreal. I truly reccomend them if you want to create EXCEPTIONAL MEMORIES and have IMPECCABLE SERVICES. Thank you again, OceanAir Travels team.

Dubai: Al Marmoom Morning Safari by Vintage Car with Meal

Me and my friend had the greatest time of our lives on this trip! Our guide was so friendly, and made sure that we were comfortable all the time. We got to experience exactly what we were promised and even more. We already miss Al Marmoom!

I ran into an Oceanair Travels tour group while waiting for an elevator in Tower 2 of Ethiad Towers. I felt very disrespected by a tour guide who was confused as to why I would not get on the elevator with the group in front of me. I said, "there is a limit of 4 people on the elevator at a time according to the space permitted". He argued, "the elevator can fit max of 18 people". I said, "that is before covid, there are social distance guidelines shown on the elevator floor". He said, "no this is like before, you're going to have more people when we ride the elevator with you". He was only half wearing his mask over his mouth but not his nose. I said "well I would hope that only 3 other people would join". He said "oh you hope. you hope."
We are in a PANDEMIC. COVID-19 has taken lives, including family of those close to me. For me to have been in line next and for another 10 people to enter the elevator under direction of this tour guide. I felt unsafe, insulted, and looked down on because I had hopes of a safe visit and exit from the Observation Deck. I request that Oceanair Travels looks closer at their employees and tour guides and make sure they adhere to proper health and safety guidance provided. I hope that everyone was fully vaccinated as well as provided proof of a negative PCR test before joining this tour. I can say that I will not be joining Oceanair Travels in the future because of this experience. Please maintain social distancing.

Fantastic Jetski tour with a very kind guide. Well-worth ride and I will come back again. Place is awesome with very kind people.

We had the Dune’s bashing, villa sunset dinner, camel ride. For the price we paid, we couldn’t believe the awesome experience we had. Mr. Bali, the driver, was an stupendous host, his driving skills were amazing. Thank you ocean for such amazing experience, we definitely recommend to use this company.

We bought a 100€ ticket to go on a day trip in Dubai. The trip was one big awkward joke, which made it a bit funny to observe.

Well something annoter us quite much though. The headline of our ticket showed: dessert safari, ATV, camel ride, Al Kayma camp. Which we all were excited to try. BUT apparently the ATV was not included, VERY DISAPPOINTING. So we had to pay an extra 50€ to go on the ATV’s for 30 min. However, we only got 15 min. drive!! Perfect start for the day trip. Why does it say in the headline when its not included?
You could only drive around in a little closed area and the bikes didnt go faster than 20km/h, also ridiculous. The camp was extremely commercial, there were no sense of authenticity, from the decoratives to the entertainment. Another matter that annoter us. The driver or guide, never told us what was happening or what we were going to do next. The drivers need to be more transparent and tell the guests what is about to happen and what will happen later, he also need to make sure to tell everyone and not only one person in the group. Second, be more clear what is included in the ticket. Third, if guests pay 50€ for driving ATV’s in 30 min, dont make them jump of after 15 min.

We did the quad bike, Camel Ride, Sandboarding and camp tour and we had great fun, we loved the quad bike. Our guide Sandy did a great job explaining how to drive it and helped us if needed. He took lots of pictures of us too.
Also in the Camp we had different activities. I particularly enjoyed the handpainting, also the artist Asma spoke Italian and she was really kind and fixed my tattoo after I mashed it by mistake
