A terrible company run very mean women!!! They despise customer service and will try their best NOT to help. I ordered several dresses in "silk" which is NOT silk. The dress had holes in them and when I tried to return it they said I purchased from their "rehome" section which is a lie. I paid over $400 for dresses that immediately get holes in them that they refuse to take back. Do not buy from them. They do not practice kindness, customer service or honesty.

Received a dress as a gift for the holidays. I was very excited as I had seen this was an Oprah list item and it was on my wishlist. The dress seemed easy to wear and versatile. I received a large which I thought would be fine. I didn’t try it on right away, but when I did, it was huge. Also, I was quite surprised— based on the price point (over $200) and being an Oprah’s item, I thought the dress would be of exceptional quality - which it was not.
I never wore the dress because it was fitting much larger than expected, I went to the website to see how I could exchange the dress for a smaller size. There was no easy return/exchange method. You need to send them an email and they get back to you. Unfortunately because it was past their very restricted return window, I was not able to even exchange the item for a smaller size. So the dress I received as a gift is now useless sitting in my closet never worn.

Overall I was truly disappointed. Subpar quality for the price and really horrible customer service.
