I would rate lower if I could but THEY ARE SCAMMERS BEWARE THEY ARE AFTER MONEY ONLY, SHIT WEBSITES AND ALWAYS TRYING TO UPCHARGE, TRIED MAKING OUR OWN WEBSITE TO FIND OUT WE DONT EVEN OWN OUR DOMAIN NAME BECAUSE THEY LIED AND HAVE FULL ACCESS AND DO NOT WANT TO RELEASE THE DOMAIN TO US.

After getting many proposals, we decided to sign up with Ocean Design team. Our Ecommerce website was in a bad shape and needed some serious update and face lift. Shawn and Elsa were very patient and worked on our wish list. Within few days we selected the best option from the mockups presented to us and then the real work was started. Elsa kept us updated on zoom calls on the progress of the project and Shawn was available though out the development journey. Fast forward 4 weeks and the final version of our website was ready. In the first week of May our website went Live and we can't thank enough to Shawn, Elsa and the whole Ocean Design Team. Highly recommended website developers!

!!!Beware!!! This company is a Fraud and a SCAM!!! They stole my money!!! The people that work there do no understand English. Communication was TERRIBLE!!! I would tell them what I want and instead they did what they want. They promise customers 100% money back guarantee and that is a LIE!!! They come back with hidden fees and excuses to stay with your money. I've had several businesses and NEVER in my life have I've gone through HELL!!! and low class customer service. They do not answer your calls. They play the guilt card and say that they feel violated when the customer complains! If you are a Business owner, STAY AWAY!!! You have been warned. God Bless.
