The Ocean Credit Card is powered by Capital One, who acts as the lender and is responsible for the processing of applications and the ongoing management of customer accounts.
For this reason, to query the whereabouts of your card, you’ll need to speak with their Applications Team who are available 24 hours a day on 0800 952 0260 and will be happy to help you.
