From looking at our database, I can see that your Ocean Credit Card application made on the 12th of February was accepted.
The Ocean Credit Card is powered by Capital One, who acts as the lender and is responsible for the processing of applications and the ongoing management of customer accounts.
For this reason, to query your application further and discuss when your card will arrive, you’ll need to speak with their Applications Team who are available 24 hours a day on 0800 952 0260 and will be happy to help you.
For data protection and security reasons, Capital One are unable to discuss card-related matters via email.
