I renovate properties and always use Ocean Flooring for my personal new flooring and for that of my clients. Andy is excellent and will go above and beyond with his customer service.

The sisal runner was professionally installed and looks amazing. Really pleased with everything.

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Ocean Flooring for our hall and stairs carpets. Typically, we chose a carpet that isn’t a straightforward one to fit but this was never a problem for them.

The quote from Ocean flooring was for vinyl flooring at our local museum. It was considerably cheaper than the rest but I had no need to worry as the work was carried out to the highest standard in the timescale agreed.

Highly recommend! I wouldn’t choose any other company for engineered wood flooring in the future. Home visit to discuss products and get a quote was friendly and informative. Chosen product is fantastic quality. Delivery and fitting was all timely and I’m so happy with the finished results, which all happened in a day. The fitting and quality is superb and everything I wanted. Contact was kept throughout the process. My dream floor came to life and I’m trusting Ocean with my shutter blinds in the new year too.

Having used Ocean Flooring a number of times both for commercial and residential projects I would thoroughly recommend them. Professional, prompt and friendly, if any issues did arise (however small) they are always resolved speedily.

Having gone with a cheaper quote from Station Road Carpets in Haywards Heath, for laying a sisal stairway, we were quite unhappy with the result. We had thought that, as the carpet was exactly the same carpet - sisal from the same manufacturer - the job would be the same, only we'd save a bit of money (£100). The upshot was that we asked Station road Carpets to take the carpet up and refund us as the fitter had used copious amounts of very visible sealant to "keep the sisal from fraying".It looked very unsightly!
I checked with Ocean Flooring to see if they would also use sealant, in which case we would have a rethink about sisal. They assured us that if the carpet were laid properly there would be no need for sealant. They didn't use it and had never heard of such a thing! To be fair to Station Road Carpets, they dealt with our complaint promptly, with no quibble and removed the carpet and gave us a refund. Ocean Flooring came and did the stairway and the difference in quality of workmanship is night and day. Richard, the fitter, as well as being highly skilled, was friendly and reassuring. You live and learn.....

I have used Ocean Flooring on several occasions and I have always been pleased with the result. Just had Karndean laid in my kitchen diner and hall. Looks fabulous. Andy has always been helpful and patient while I have been choosing. And the fitting has been to a high standard.

I got very good service from Ocean. Clear communications, lots of choice. Once I said yes, they were very quick and efficient. Left everything clean and nice. And. little extras, like making a join that covered an existing broken tile in the corridor. Outstanding. I will recommend Ocean to family and friends.

Ocean Flooring were very helpful throughout the process from choosing the stair carpet to installing it. We were kept advised at all stages of the process from measuring up to the day it was put in place. They were pleasant to deal with at all stages.

Really fantastic all round service. Selection of carpets was great and the fitter was really tidy, polite and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend!
