Beautiful tile, horrible customer service.
Since I submitted a review about my negative experience with Ocean Mosaics, the product I didn't receive and the fact that they deleted my review on their website, they have since sent me this email:
"Please note we have reported this email address for false and misleading information on our company. We have not sold any product to you nor do we see any orders associated with your email address.
Your review has been submitted for a fraudulent submission to the review company."
I would attach a screen capture of their email, but I don't see a way to do this. Goes to show what kind of company they are. A lack of regard for professional business means, a lack of responsibility, as well as an attempt to intimidate.
