Great Support Team who know their stuff and are quick to respond to any queries or issues we throw at them.

Recently went through a server to server migration of some core telephony software with them which ended with very little downtime and thus less disruption for my Users.

Would recommend to anyone looking for third-party supported telephony.

I have worked with Ocean Telecom for many years now on a variety of projects. I have always found then extremely competent and easy to work with. All the staff are friendly and approachable and are willing to help find the best and most cost effective solution.

As they expand the list of products they offer I have been able to use the same company for multiple solutions, which always helps the efficiency of my projects.

Ocean Telecom are always extremely helpful and provide and excellent service, even with matters that are not strictly telecoms based. We would thoroughly recommend them.

We purchased a new phone system from Ocean over 3 years ago, initially we needed some training to use it and our previous ‘leader’ Jenny Watkins was nothing short of wonderful, she was very patient and frequently had to explain things more than once, well at least to me !
Over the years we have had a number of technical issues, mostly caused by BT, but their engineers have always been prompt in sorting out any problems and are, like Matt, just such nice people.
This is a company that says what it is going to do and does actually do it, such a rarity nowadays – I really cannot recommend Ocean highly enough.
