They are a scam do not use i did not want to proceed but they send me a bill for 404 pounds even as it says they take payment first i am seeking legal advise and will be taking them to court as all my calls are recorded but i forgot to tell them that whoops
Looking at there 5 star feedbacks you can see most of them are from abroad so it shows there fake aswell on Google i will be emailing trustpilot now with information to show it's real

Having worked with Tom and the team at Ocere for a number of years I could not recommend highly enough. Their advice and support has been invaluable. Nothing is ever too much trouble and Tom has the patience of a saint when it comes to explaining technical aspects of SEO! They really were like an extension of our team and we have seen some great results over the last couple of years, winning some really good business via PPC and SEO channels.

I have been working with Remi from Ocere now for just over 4 months. We have seen some great improvements in traffic through the site not just organically but also through our PPC campaign. I stumbled across Ocere from someone I met on Twitter. I had previously been with a company for 6 months who were managing my SEO campaign and clearly not getting anywhere but month after month telling me the same story!

We launched our brand new website earlier this year and Ocere have helped us every step of the way from Inception though to the daily-conversions we are experiencing today. They have provided us with keyword research, on page recommendations, in-depth technical knowledge and have managed a successful Ad words campaign. We now make numerous bookings every day as a result of our online marketing. Our account manager is extremely helpful and scarcely unavailable and will always offer candid advice on the site. There personal approach means my own understanding of how websites work has grown significantly and for this reason I would recommend any start up businesses or businesses launching a new website to seek help from Ocere.

I went ahead on SEO campaign with Ocere as I was told to expect as a minimum for the spend I would hit page 2 or 3 of Google within 2-4 weeks. I did not hit page 3 within that time frame, and was asked to wait longer. I waited another couple of weeks and still no results, not even onto the first 10 pages. Ok they had done some work, but the work did not delivered the rankings they said I should get as a minimum.
I paid the money on the basis these rankings were going to be achieved, and I also felt very mislead so I asked for a refund. The refund was refused, and now I feel that was just money down the drain, which is hard to accept, especially when business is tough anyway. Hard to get hold of someone when I have concerns, unlike when they wanted my business and getting regular calls. They may do some work, but I would say to anyway considering this company, be wary of what they tell you, as from experience you may not get what you expect.

I hadn't heard of remarketing when our account manager mentioned it. It's now one of our best converting sources for leads and is economical to run too.

If you need to grow your business and want professional help and guidance from people who actually listen and genuinely want your business to grow as much as you do then ring Ocere. I have been lucky enough to have Bill Phelps and Andy Ocock working with me on our new site and boy are these guys good. I am no expert but they do not patronise me or make me feel thick, they just interpret my needs and implement them with expertise and attention to detail. Our business has grown tremendously in 12 months and much of this is down to 'my boys' at Ocere. I believe in them and what is more I trust them...........a modern, forward thinking company with old fashioned ethics and values. Do not use any other company if you want results and value for money.
