Fraudulent and Unreliable
Do not shop at this store, in Amazon, or anywhere where they sell. They sell a lot of small items, some of which they either pretend to ship or use a very unreliable post office/courier for shipment. I have made an order of a small item on December 27th and it has not arrived, even after checking with most post offices. They did not provide a tracking number and are now acting like victims and blaming me.
They are not reliable and they are fraudulent. I guess businesses have become so petty that they need elaborate plans to steal from their customers to make some extra money, instead of providing a reliable experience and helping.
They are refusing to provide me with a refund. Simple as that. Do not shop here unless you want your time wasted and your money stolen.

We do offer both standard and urgent shipping options, but some shipments may be delayed or lost in transit, particularly when sent via standard post. However, we would never refuse a refund for a legitimate issue.
