Placed an order on the 9th of July (now…

Placed an order on the 9th of July (now the 17th) and there has been no updates about my order and it has not even been shipped. I have emailed, and contacted via website to no avail and also messaged via instagram and not heard back. No customer service and the order has not been fulfilled.
I would not order from this company, you can get the same item for far cheaper and actually receive the item.
It doesn’t take over a week to post an order (yes to ship it but they have not even posted it.)
