Pitty I can't give minus stars. Complete scam. Fortunately, credit card company has refunded me.
Complete Scam!
Purchase never delivered. Thankfully bank refunded me…….at end Dec. Took 2 months to resolve
Exactly the same as all the other comments. Octohubs are a total scam. My item apparently did the same route as everyone else’s and never arrived. I was unable to make contact with anyone but was then asked to leave a review by WHOP who the website had guided me to pay through. Surprise, surprise, they too are a scam and asked me to cancel my dispute through my bank and allow them to sort it out. We all know where that would have got me.
DO NOT USE!
Complete scam. I should have realised when the website doesn’t allow you to set up an account. Instead you are forced to use the guest log in. FYI, when you do this the transaction doesn’t appear on your PayPal activity for you to dispute!
Even though the website says ‘DPD or Royal Mail’ delivery, you’ll get a tracking number from Fly Invr which takes your parcel on a journey from Rotterdam to being undelivered twice at your home!
Emails will bounce back from Octohubs and FlyInvr with no way to contact them.
Try to raise a dispute with PayPal? No transaction to show. Through the bank? Transaction comes up as PayPal not Octohubs!
Reason for tracking and such a ‘long route’ to get people to forget about what they’ve ordered, lose their own paperwork trail, make it harder to dispute!
Like most others, this site is a total scam in my opinion. Avoid at all costs. I ordered a tumble dryer and received a confirmation email from Octo hubs and a tracking email from Fly Invr.
Item was listed as going from Rotterdam to Edinburgh to Glasgow to Newcastle to Middlesbrough. I attempted to contact Fly Invr to ask why my item was heading south when I live in the north of Scotland. Email address bounced back as invalid. Fly Invr then say on the tracker that there have been two attempts to deliver the package and I was not in which is complete and utter nonsense as I have cameras at my house to prove this.
A reputable logistics company would also contact the recipient to ensure someone was in for a delivery.
Emails to Octo hubs have also bounced back as invalid.
This company and website is a complete and utter fraud/scam as far as I am concerned so please please please avoid at all costs.
Ordered a camera on 23/10/25. Thought it was a good Black Friday deal. Tracking information was provided via FlyInvr which seemed reputable, based in Rotterdam.
Camera , allegedly, transported via Rotterdam to Edinburgh to Glasgow to Newcastle to Middlesbrough, then unknown courier tried to deliver twice when I was in. It’s now being held pending my instructions. No reply to any of my emails, 'undelivered'. The camera obviously doesn’t exist - I was scammed but I don’t know why they went to all the trouble of tracking information. My bank has refunded the money. This company also trades as COLCUP with the same deals.
As with everyone else, tracking information guve details of shipping via Edinburgh Newcastle and Middlesbrough and then handed to courier who attempted to deliver twice when I was in the house, no details of courier. Bought by credit card so bank is dealing with the scam now
It is a scamm, I hope to get my money back from my bank. I ordered a TV from them , has never been delivered even if everything looks legit and they provide track number. When it is the due day for delivery , they show delivery atempts even if I was at home all the time , when I tried to call the company , the contact support which answered said to contact my bank because I have been scammed
Sadly, same as other recent reviews, I too think I have been scammed, ordered speaker last month, same journey via half of Europe, same courier tried delivery (but didnt) same bounce back of comms emails! Stay away folks!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS...
THEY IGNORE EMAILS CLAIM THEY TRY TO MAKE CONTACT BUT YOUR EMAIL DIDNT ACCEPT THEN ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BUT LIES IN THAT THE COURIER COMPANY STATING THEYD TRIED TO DELIVER WHEN THERE IS NO EVIDENCE ON MY NOR MY NEIGHBOURS RING DOOR FOOTAGE, SO ITEM APPARENTLY RETURNED TO TEMPORARY STORAGE.. AS RECIPIENT UNAVAILABLE...ALLL LIES SO AVOID THIS COMPANY. IVE WAITED OVER A MONTH FOR MY ITEM
This entire operation feels like a complete and utter scam. I placed an order for a Hoover on the 28th of October, and to this day it still has not been delivered. According to the tracking information (which is likely also false), the parcel allegedly arrived in the UK on the 9th of November, landing in Edinburgh — yet somehow, in the many days since, it has taken a bizarre, nonsensical tour of the country. It has crawled its way through Glasgow, Newcastle, and finally Middlesbrough, with absolutely no meaningful progress toward actually reaching me.
The situation becomes even more infuriating when you try to get support. As others have already pointed out in their reviews, every email address listed on the website appears to be useless, and there are zero legitimate contact options. No phone number, no responsive customer service, nothing.
Please avoid this site at all costs.
Scam, they will provide weird website with tracking of your parcel but everything fake. Not even one phone number is working at this websites, no option to contact someone, blocked emails. Waited almost month for new tv and nothing arrived
Absolute criminals! I ordered a camera as did my friend and even getting tracking info but it never gets anywhere- stuck in Newcastle now— NOT. Do NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CRIMS. I wi be getting the police involved but doubt it will do any goid
Ordered a speaker on the 24th still not here on the 12th of November even sent tracking number that is obviously fake just says that it’s in Edinburgh in customs glad I looked on here. I did try to email every single email address and even filled in the message box on their site should’ve been suspicious then I never get an answer and every time I send an email it just comes back. This email address does not exist. We want it for grandson‘s birthday for yesterday the 11th of November. I’ve now just been onto the bank we are looking into it. Good job I paid on credit card so anyone reading this please do not use octohubs at all. A fake scale company bank getting my money back
Total scam.
Acknowledge your order, even send you a track and trace - all fake !!
When you try to email them they block you so you can’t get in touch !!!
Complete scam don’t even bother, should’ve been smarter than I was! They block your emails once you’ve requested information or a refund.
