Warm and cosy.
A person named Saul who I communicated with via email at Octopus Energy was caring, compassionate and very understanding.
The free electric over blanket I received from Octopus stopped working and, being a pensioner trying not to put my heating on, the throw was such a great comforter so, Saul arranged for another one which arrived quickly. Saul is a great credit to Octopus. Thank you soooo much Saul.

One year anniversary
I've signed up for an variable price electric energy contract exactly one year ago. Happy anniversary.
I'm stuck in the interrim rate, waiting for Smart Meter installation and configuration. So far Octupus has not kept a single timeline promise and they missed their timeline projections by a factor 3-4

I decided to go with Octopus Energy…
I decided to go with Octopus Energy after I compared different options on Check24 to see what fits me the best. Everything went smoothly and quickly so far. They took the first 42EUR from my account yesterday :)) I hope everything will go well with them, because I don't want to change providers often.

Best customer service.
It was so easy to transfer to Octopus from Stadtwerke (which is an awful company btw) so I am very very happy with Octopus Energy.
I am a fan. And super easy for non German people as they communicate in English as well.

Great service
On top of the good prices, they have great customer service. I had an issue while switching suppliers (not their fault) and they were incredibly helpful. They also provide service in English which is greatly appreciated. I don't think you can't ask for anything else from an anergy supplier.
