Motorsport Australia website warning

In five years,Octozy has been unable to make their Motorsport Australia website work on an iPhone without bugs!
Really disappointing… it’s common knowledge that iPhone users need to go to a computer in order to use the event entry system
Octozy(whose name appears as the creator of the site) has replied that they are not at fault and Motorsport Australia is the problems originator
I apologise wholeheartedly to Octozy but remain disappointed with the fact that five years later this problems still exist

Thanks for your feedback. We understand how frustrating mobile issues can be.

To clarify, Octozy is not the Motorsport Australia event entry system. Event entry is managed and maintained on a separate Motorsport Australia platform, integrated with Octozy but developed independently.

As such, mobile behaviour (including iPhone compatibility) is outside Octozy’s control. We recommend raising this directly with Motorsport Australia.

Given this clarification, we’d appreciate it if you could update or amend your review to reflect this distinction.

Ease of access

The cloud-based system makes it easy to access information at events no matter my location throughout Australia. It's also easy to access the Member Rewards program, which provides rewards and discounts for our members.
