We have spent around 18 months planning the windows with ODC windows and glass and our experience has been extremely positive. We preferred to use a UK based company and for the glass and manufacture. We visited the showroom and factory in Poole twice to ensure we were happy with everything being such an important part of our house project. The project process from beginning to installation and survey so far has been excellent from all the team working at ODC; they will do anything to assist and have always been promptly available for any questions about our project. The sliding doors were the transformative part of the new design so it was important they were done well and ODC certainly delivered
We limited the order we finally made with them for cost and design reasons and they were flexible with all our changes also making their own suggestions which really helped the final outcome
With survey and installation their team was very can do and our builder was very impressed with this
There were some separate teething problems that appeared after installation and each time they were very quick to visit and resolve the issue

I have recently completed a major refurbishment of a 1960s bungalow, more than doubling its footprint with an architect-led design and the latest technologies to create a home that is as close to passive as possible. This included an air source heat pump with underfloor heating, solar energy with battery storage, full external cladding, and the requirement for high-performance triple-glazed, low-maintenance doors and windows throughout.
I approached several door, window, and architectural glazing companies, issuing detailed architect drawings to each. From the very outset, ODC set themselves apart. They were the only company, out of four, to fully and accurately cover the entire scope first time without missing any items shown on the drawings. This immediately demonstrated their attention to detail and technical understanding.
Steve , who led the sales side of the project, was outstanding. He was professional, responsive, technically knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. He fully understood what we were trying to achieve and made the whole process an absolute pleasure.
From detailed quotation through to final costings and manufacture, ODC continued to excel. They were collaborative and flexible, managing lead times carefully to align with the wider build programme, which was hugely appreciated on a complex project.
The installation team were equally impressive: efficient, approachable, and always happy to answer questions. They were open and responsive to any minor issues raised. The installation itself was extensive, including over eight standard windows, a feature front door with full-height narrow floor-to-ceiling panels, four oversized feature windows, a 5m three-panel bifold door, a 7m ultra-thin three-panel patio door with a triangular gable-end glass panel above, plus several additional doors.
From initial design input (which ODC actively supported), through quoting, manufacture, installation, and final snagging, the entire process was professional, stress-free, and delivered on time. The two small snagging items were dealt with quickly and efficiently, fitting seamlessly into the remaining build schedule.
In summary, ODC are an extremely professional company delivering exceptional-quality doors, windows, and glazed features at a competitive price. They will be my supplier of choice for future projects, and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

3 months after installation ODCglass.co.uk has failed to supply missing items, replace wrongly measured items with correct ones and replace a malfunctioning door lock/door mechanism.

Would not recommend as a supplier/fitter of aluminium windows and doors.
