Complete disappointment… do not buy Odd Molly!!

The designs look so pretty but just in the pictures. I was so excited to receive my online order from Odd Molly. Shipment came on time but first surprise was having to pay customs duties, which is something this disgusting brand did not give heads up. I bought in a .ch site and I live in Switzerland but the clothes are still shipped out of Sweden and they do not give heads up
About customs fees. Second disappointment was the quality of clothes. Total crap! Super thin fabric, clearly they spend the least they can. Finally, to return the sh**t* garments I have to pay for it 🤣🤣 although it comes with a label apparently “prepaid”
I could not just scan it and drop it in the post office. I need to fill in a customs form and pay for the return… never again.

Awful experience

Awful experience. Ordered £255 worth of clothing only to be charged another £103 in duty costs. Shocking service. No information on duty costs on website. Customer service only explanation was "this is all new". They have had since January to make customers aware and give them the choice. Blind robbery. I would like a refund of the duty costs and a explanation. Would not recommend.

Regarding the duty and custom for Untied Kingdom we had between January and March that each customer needed to pay for the cost, but we changed this during March. If can see that you have been in contact with our customer service and that you matter is solved.

Avoid buying from this website at all costs

If I could award zero stars I would. Absolutely shocking customer service experience. I ordered goods worth £150 on 3 January 2021. When they arrived the UPS driver informed me that I had to pay import charges of £65. How is that possible? I was offered no evidence of the alleged charges and rejected the goods. Over one month later, I have received no refund - I’ve been told by Odd Molly CS that I need to pay the import tax before UPS will return the goods. I feel totally ripped off, a real shame because I was a fan of Odd Molly clothes before this - I will never buy this brand again, but I doubt they care. To make matters worse, every response to my emails trying to sort out this sorry mess is littered with love heart emojis. Are they having a laugh at my expense? Shame on you Odd Molly!

I placed an order on the 20/08/20 I…

I placed an order on the 20/08/20 I gave my correct address but twice I got notification when I queried where the delivery was asking for my correct address. The address I initially gave had a postcode with it. I resubmitted my address twice more.I then asked to cancel the order which they ignored (no response) Today which is now the 15/09/20 I get a notification from ups to say my address is not sufficient and they can’t deliver.. Seriously. I emailed odd molly to which they replied just get in contact with ups. I conversed with ups and they will put it out for delivery again at a charge because the address they were given was incomplete.
I will not be paying for delivery if it ever does arrive so that’s close on a month wasted as I will be sending it back. I assume there will also be a battle for a refund 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

One star is too generous

One star is too generous. If your international purchase is not suitable, you have to forfeit an unreasonably high return cost. I bought something for $250 - it was too big. I had to pay $40 to return it. (This is even on exchanges). So inappropriate and out of step with all other shopping experiences.

Här läser anställda privat brev till Chefen angående klagomål på en anställd som försöker att para ihop min flickvän med en manlig bekant till henne trots att min flickvän sagt att hon är i ett förhållande sen 17 år tillbaka i tiden. Den anställde ringde och påstod att hon läst upp brevet för sin chef men det tror ja inte på då skulle chefen ringt mig och inte den anställde. Vi vet inte om hon givit ut uppgifterna till sin vän och vad kan hända då, en massa hemska saker. När ja sa att min flickvän aldrig kommer att sätta sin fot där mer så sa hon "Det är upp till henne", Konstigt att chefen inte ringde mig, ja hon vet nog inget om brevet tror ja.

Here, employees read a private letter to the Boss regarding a complaint about an employee who is trying to pair my girlfriend with a male acquaintance of hers even though my girlfriend has said that she has been in a relationship for 17 years. The employee called and claimed that she read the letter to her boss, but I do not believe that, then the boss would have called me and not the employee. We do not know if she gave the information to her friend and what can happen then, a lot of terrible things. When I said that my girlfriend will never set foot there again, she said "It's up to her", Strange that the boss did not call me, she probably knows nothing about the letter I think.

Very poor return handling

I have just used Odd Molly for the first time and I am sorry to say that the experience has not been good. I will not be ordering from them again. My package arrived safe and sound and in good time - considering theses Covid19 times and summer holidays. However, when returning some items because they were too big, I have had no response from the company, informing me that they have received the return package. When using my UPS tracking no. I can see that the package was delivered, but still after 3 weeks I have received no communication from the company. When I have been chatting with their Customer Service, they claim they cannot see that they have received the package, so I sent a screenshot from the UPS tracking page to prove that it had been delivered and was told to just wait a few more days. I then wrote an email to them, but again I with no response.
When I checked my bank account I can suddenly see that I have actually received my money back - this is however more than 3 weeks after they received my return package - but again with no information that they have processed my return order.
The lack of communication from this company is very unprofessional, and I will not be using their Webshop again.

Refunds is handled in our systems automatically and when a refund has been created and refunded you should have received a refund confirmation via email. It can take up to 14 days before your refund is handled but, in this case, it took longer which we apologize for and our lack of communication.

Every time I make a return I have to chase up for the refund...have to provide tracking number, & am always told the return was created but then overlooked. It really bothers me when companies are slack with refunding. They also place importance on using their return label via ups which I don’t like because there’s only 1 drop off point in my town & they refuse to give any kind of ticket for me handing over the parcel. So I have zero proof of shipping but to hope it enters the ups tracking system. £8 is deducted for using this return service but odd molly give no protections if you use anyone else. The goods also arrive in a plastic mailing bag & can be a sorry site once they’ve travelled the long distance to get to you, for the price the packaging really should be better. Has to be an average score at best.

BAD SERVICE

BAD SERVICE - No christmas present - just had to pay 75 DKR for NOTHING!!!
Ordered a dress well before Christmas. The shipping company USP left the package in Glostrup and informed me that wrong address. I informed the shipping company that a correct address was entered and that they might leave the package at a Post box or else where (as i guessed they made no effort to find my appartment), however it was just returned. I was charged 75 DKR from the company for return of a package that I wanted and ordered, but did not receive. That is very bad service. I will never order anything from this company again.

Purchased a pink faux fur cargo… and my 5 out of 5 review was rejected

I purchased a cargo jacket with pink faux fur, and I love the jacket. There are always additional great features that I'm still finding about his coat!
What I didn't love was the response I received when I wrote what I considered to be a glowing, but honest review. They rejected my review. I believe it was because they didn't like the fact that I said the price of the jacket when on sale was comparable to other cargo jackets. I also said it was over-sized, but that is good to know. That is what had me order the proper size, from another's comment about the sizing. The jacket in my opinion is actually really nice, and I was more than satisfied with my purchase. I'd given the coat 5 out of 5 stars. I asked them to please be specific about what exactly they felt needed editing in my review. I also added the fact that if they are scrutinizing my review so much, then it is no longer a customer review. They never responded back to my questions in regards to their rejection of my review. I don't know many reviewers turning away a 5 out of 5 review with the customer being quite satisfied with their purchase. As far as customer service, I spoke to Erica through their email. She was a dynamo, meaning just above and beyond exceptional service. I would have given her a 10 out of 5 but they probably would have rejected that too:<

The management is deplorable

The management is deplorable. The girls who work there don’t speak, their English is indistinguishable and they are flat out rude. The company itself is terrible for work for - you DONT get tpaid on time, sometimes the business has no money in the bank. The manager is too busy and can’t seem to finish tasks or get anything done in any kind of timely manner. Behaves like a child, name calls and has conversations and make plans with people behind their back trying to trick the other employee that this was a random check in. The entire company is losing money, no customer and the management is a conpleye a sad joke. Never bother your time with these people.
