Regarding your blocked account, it was closed at your own request until 2027, and you have reached out to us a few times asking to reopen it. Unfortunately, according to our license policy, we are not able to reopen accounts that were self-excluded in this way.

There have been no deductions from your account other than 1,034 INR related to a violation of our Terms of Service.
