Having ordered on 25/06 and placed a fortnightly subscription, I was well within the order time to be delivered my first order by Friday, but have not received anything. Nor have I received any dispatch or order tracking details.

I'm really sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately we've been having a lot of issues with our delivery partner recently, meaning a lot of our coffee is getting lost on its way to our customers. We're in the process of shifting to a new delivery partner to stop this from happening. In the meantime, I'll get a fresh box sent out to you today which should arrive tomorrow. I'll also give you a full refund for the inconvenience and so you can try our cold brew on us!

Finally got a response from Sam, and full refunds for both transactions.
They're obviously a very small team that seem to be trying to run before they can really walk very far. I've heard from a friend that the actual coffee is amazing, so I'm looking forward to trying some :)

Disappointing
I was really disappointed with my order. I was so excited to receive my order but was just met with pure disappointment when it arrived. I’m not a strong coffee drinker but it was so weak, to the point I would question was there any coffee in there at all. The best way to describe it is that it’s like drinking dirty water. The packaging was neat, website really easy to use and the customer service were really helpful, but unfortunately your product is lacking massively and there’s huge room for improvement.

Hi James - gutted to hear you didnt enjoy our cold brew but we totally understand it's not for everyone and really appreciate the feedback. Cold brew generally is a lot more mellow than standard coffee purely due to the slow extraction method. We believe we've found the right balance of coffee in our brew but really good to know some find it too weak. Disappointed
Ordered on Wednesday, their website said orders received on Wednesday would be despatched Thursday, for next day delivery. So far, nothing received. No response to me asking when I’ll see it. This is the second order I’ve placed with them, the first one was ordered mid May, when they were saying it’d be ready to send early June. It didn’t arrive, every time I chased it, I was told it’d be brewing ‘next week’. I cancelled the order in the end but it looked like they started sending them in July.
It’s a shame as I think it’s a great idea but it doesn’t seem as though they are ready to launch this, with too many failed delivery dates and no communication when things go wrong.
