I loved their selection, received an immediate confirmation of my order; and they sent me updates of the delivery.
I also appreciated that this a florist who knows how to deliver flowers to a Broadway house for cast members. I’ll be using them again!!

The delivered product was in bad shape…
The delivered product was in bad shape and looked totally different from what was shown on the website. Half (or maybe more than half) of the flowers were either wilted or entirely dead. The chocolate box was crushed. The total package looked cheap and worn out. It was a huge embarrassment as the flowers were meant for a very good friend’s milestone birthday from a group of her very close friends around the world.

Fantastic customer service and flowers
I really enjoyed my experience. Ordered 20 peonies, felt that the flowers weren’t as fresh or as vibrant as they could be, but since they have great customer service, they sent a new bouquet to my girlfriend for her birthday and I will be a returning customer. They emailed back in a timely manner and can’t wait to order more from them. Extremely happy with my purchase.
