Totally incompetent couldn't send simlle paperwork in a timely manner. Did t proof read before sending KEEP AWAY if you want a job completed properly or in a timely manner. Dictionary definition would be see odonnels for incompetent.

I was promised a call back by a solicitor identified as Meghan, in relation to a DOLS matter. I was informed she would be calling between 1:00 and 5:00 p.m. this afternoon. Needless to say, she didn't have the professionalism or courtesy to do so.

Have recently used O'Donnells for will writing, probate and conveyancing. I couldn't fault them on anything. Main people I dealt with were Jill Waddington, Claire Egerton and Nicola Schofield. All amazing and made a difficult and emotional task so much easier. Can't thank them enough. Highly recommend!

It was a nightmare just trying to get hold of Richard Copson throughout my time with him. Emails go ignored, he has to be chased up multiple times to get him on the phone, he misses scheduled telephone conversations and takes months to review evidence submitted to him. He got even worse under Covid lockdown and would appear scruffy, bleary eyed and unshaven on rare Skype conversations. Richard is by far the most unprofessional solicitor I've encountered.
