Please note that support is included with every paid Odoo subscription, regardless of the plan. Depending on the content of your specific contract, an onboarding service may or may not be part of your package.
That being said, for users who choose to set up Odoo independently, we also provide free tutorials and user guides to help with configuration and usage.
If you’re willing to share more details, we’d be happy to review your case and make sure you get the assistance you need.

I did not even got started with Odoo after reading the subscription agreement.
I wanted to use Odoo for a new website, but have been reading the rules, what most people don't do.
Many times they talk about paying if you do something against their rules and they were even talking about having to pay 30.000 euro.
( the breaching party agrees to pay to the other party an amount of EUR (€) 30 000.00 (thirty thousand euros).)
This can be found back in the subscription agreement under section 6.2.
I decided to look for reviews and found many more negative reviews what made me decide NOT to go on with Odoo.
It seems to be free but many features cost money.
And there are lots more negative reviews about Odoo on reddit.

Article 6.2 of the Odoo Enterprise Agreement is not related to customer usage of our software or website creation. Instead, it is a standard non-solicitation clause found in many B2B agreements. Its only purpose is to prevent either Odoo or its customers from directly hiring away the other party’s staff who are involved in delivering the service. This ensures continuity and protects both sides’ investment in training and knowledge. It does not apply to your use of Odoo’s apps, nor does it affect the cost of your subscription.
Regarding pricing, Odoo offers full transparency: you can start for free with either the One-App Free plan or the Community edition, and the Enterprise version is subscription-based, with all pricing available publicly on our website.

Do not use for sales CRM
EDIT, i was mad so i did not type properly
stay away, once your data subject increase it will be a mess to use this
- you cant open a lead using another tab ( YOU RESPONSE IS NOT TRUE, you cant open the lead in another tab, LIAR! there is no workflow to do that or anything your platform is like a mobile app, its not pc friendly, you cant open the lead in another tab liars!!)
- the date is always a mess, if you click back the date sorting resets to what default
-wanting to prioritize descending/ascending lead is impossible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Their support team is unhelpful. When I asked how to open a lead in a new tab, the "senior" support agent tried to trick me into using the browser's back button, which is a known issue. This shows they either don't know their product or are trying to avoid the problem.
Do not use this CRM; it will ruin your workflow

Far from the best accounting software. Analyses start with a good and reliable accounting software. It also involves complex VAT code implementation. This could be simplified, resulting in fewer errors. There are more reliable and efficient software packages on the market.

VAT configuration can indeed feel complex, but that’s often because taxation rules themselves are complex and vary from country to country. Our app provides the flexibility to handle these rules, while also reducing errors when set up correctly. We’re always open to helping you review your setup to make sure everything is configured properly.
We appreciate your input and will continue working to make accounting in Odoo as efficient and user-friendly as possible.

This is nothing more than a well packaged scam. The claim is that it’s an ERP Accounting Software but in reality it’s not even a software. It cannot display or produce a single report in the transaction currency, it doesn’t have any sense of posting route and solely relies on user’s arithmetic knowledge to post entries, handles single click items in 3 or more steps… list goes on. We realised within 2 days that this was all frills and no substance, cancelled the subscription but never got a refund. Don’t waste your time on trial period; especially if you are outside Europe. These people would hound, extract money from you and you’ll have no recourse to recover funds unless you had the time and energy to pursue them through the European legal system. AVOID!
