Where do I start?

Where do I start?

cold emailing to try and get your business and promise the world and in our case, did NOT deliver.

We spoke to Peter and the team after having being emailed several times.

They promised us an "easy" ROAS of 3, especially with our product and brand!

We started in October.

All they did was sign us up to TikTok Creator Marketplace where we paid a bunch of TikTok "creators" to advertise our products.

Then they ran a couple of Ads on TikTok - However it didn't work. After testing with several influencers and editing several videos - And paying a couple of grand we didn't even manage to get 1 ROAS.

They then proceeded to test on Facebook and Instagram and what do you know, same problem - It just didn't work.

We spent thousands and of course they couldn't deliver.

What is frustrating is that advertise their service as "Ads for Premium Brands" - There is nothing premium about it!

They outsource the work to other people in Thailand or wherever which reminds me, we were having a meeting and one of their employees had their father snoring in the background whilst the meeting was going on - Really "Premium"

Also, they charge a healthy retainer and fee upfront, I have contacted Peter a couple of times - No response.

Was it our product and branding? Well we are a best seller on Amazon with 3000+ reviews so that is doubtful.

They clearly don't understand the market or our products and brand, the only answer I got was that our product and brand is "not the right market fit"

Great, so after burning thousands and paying them, they came to that conclusion.

In summary, I would avoid as they do not understand the nuances of branding. They are cowboys, just outsourcing the work and pocketing the difference. If they were experts, they would have known if our product or brand was a "market fit" but they wanted our cash and it's an easy cop out if it doesn't work. AVOID!
