Dear Bianca,
To say that your order “never arrived” suggests that you placed an order that we did not fulfil. What would be more accurate to say is that you placed an order, we fulfilled it and gave you the option to have it delivered to a secure location. You chose not to select a safe place, and your order was delivered to your communal post room.
You were notified of this, however, after five days you reached out to enquire where your order was, knowing that it had already been delivered to your building. You confirmed that you knew the delivery had been made, but contacted us anyway. You further confirmed that your parcel had been delivered to the right location, and did not have an explanation of why you waited 5 days to report the parcel missing.
As a business, we would not survive very long if we refunded orders that had been successfully delivered per a customer’s instructions. Granted, you did not request a refund but customer satisfaction is our top priority. So, instead we went through the proper channels and to open a claim on your behalf with the delivery company, as your parcel was insured. We informed you that this is how we would proceed. You let us know that you had asked in your building to see if anyone had picked it up in error. We are still waiting for a response to the claim. In the meantime, whilst this investigation is still underway, the only update we have had from you is this 1* review. How is this review fair or accurate?!
It is a shame that you have chosen to create a TrustPilot account to try to bring us down publicly, instead of taking responsibility for your own actions in this situation and despite us taking the necessary steps to remedy this situation. Our immediate response was to support the best we could, even though we had already fulfilled our obligation to deliver your order. We are not at fault for your missing parcel, and all evidence clearly outlines this fact.
We always strive to provide the best service, and it is disappointing that in your view we missed the mark for you, despite us taking all relevant steps to resolve the situation.
We will see the claim through, and notify you of the outcome, and we hope you find a business that you feel can be more proactive, than we have, and better suits your expectations in the future.

I love this company! I originally found Chloe on tiktok and have been changing the way I treat my curls over the last year. This is the second order I've had, the standard delivery took a bit longer than I'd have liked the first time so I paid for next day delivery this time. I ordered on Thursday and it has arrived on the Saturday. I love being able to try different more natural hair products to find the right ones for my hair and style. Having brands that have been recommended takes the headache out of which brands to try next. Since using only products recommended on this website my hair has grown so much, I'm brushing less out and it looks better styled and healthier. Thank you!

The best experience was finding a company in the UK that was able to help me get Doux products for my hair. I have not been able to find this product in the uk. It was sent out fast and I was very happy with the service and also for the treat I later received🥰as that was a surprise too. Must say I liked the shampoo too.
My daughter went to the USA and brought us both the mouse deff and gel and we loved it. Then we saw the crazy sexy mouse and deffo wanted to try this. I am very happy with my purchase.

Mislead by pictures
I received my order very fast. I was disappointed with the sizes of the items. These will not last me but about 2 washes total. I was really mislead by the pictures on the website & I'm in the US & my shipping was $35. I didn't receive a free sample or nothing. I tried to input a discount code of ODYSSEY15 & it didn't let me use it. No no no will I ever order from this company again

It came as a surprise to read your experiences here as we had already been in communication via email and were not made aware of the issues that you had.
We understand that you are disappointed with the sizes of your items. Online shopping can be challenging as it's not always clear how big an item is from a photo. So, we've made sure to provide clear size descriptions and options for each product in ml. You would have to select this before proceeding to checkout. In your case, you selected sample sizes which are intended to give you about two washes, as you described.
We also have all shipping costs listed on our Shipping Policy page so that there are no surprises at the checkout. The international shipping options are the fastest possible which is why you received your order as fast as you did, but it also came at a cost.
As a small business, it is not always possible to include free samples, as your order consisted only of samples and was already discounted, we were not able to include any on this occasion. To be clear, you did redeem a 15% discount on the order instead.
We have since reached out to you to see how we can improve your experience with us and hope to hear back from you soon.

Really fast shipping
Really fast shipping and appreciated the handwritten card. One of my products slightly leaked because the lid was not taped shut, but more than enough shampoo to use the product. Website is also really easy to use. Cannot recommend Chloé enough!
