Same problem said delivered was not and can't reach them by any means. I emailed multiple ways. No response. Web site is also down.

If I could give them 0 stars i would. This company is a scam 100%! STAY AWAY FROM OEMETE!

This company is definitely a scam. We ordered a Patagonia backpack for $59 and change. This $59 figure popped up regularly in other people's complaints as well -- it's as if they are staying under $60 for some reason, maybe to avoid being noticed by the feds? The charge is still pending and we have notified our credit card company. But they can't do anything until the charge goes through -- then we can open a case disputing the charge. Now begins the laborious process of cancelling the card and redirecting any automatic subscription payments to other cards. The old adage: "If it's looks too good to be true, it is too good to be true" definitely applies here. I'll never place an order on any unfamiliar website again without vetting it!

I wish I had read the Oemete reviews before placing my order. I ordered some tennis shoes for $59.96 which were hard to find. They had them in the correct size and I was thrilled! January 2nd they sent me a confirmation email with a tracking number saying my order was on the way. A week later I tried the tracking number and it was required to get the China tracking app. Nope. I emailed Oemete and they sent back an email stating:

Your order is on the way to you. Track your shipment to see the delivery status.

Sooo, on Jan 20, 2025 I sent another email asking about my order. I received an email with the same message as the first PLUS a second one with the information below:

Package status: In transit (17 days)
Country: China ->United States
2025-01-20 09:56 Hong Kong, The flight has arrived and is en route to the destination country.

I have not been charged although their email says payment method was by credit card.

I was enticed by a low price on Brooks sneakers. When I tried to place my order, it didn't go through. Seconds later, I received a fraud alert from my credit card company for a fraudulent purchase of a similar amount. Coincidence? I think not. Now I have to go through the hassle of getting a new credit card and all that that entails.

This is a scam. They always list the products at way below market to cheat cost-conscious people like me. I ordered a pair of sneakers and (after one day) received an email indicating that they have shipped the product. I used their tracking number to get a shipping update ... fake number. I tried to contact their customer service ... fake number. I never received the product.

Believe me, I wanted to give this company zero star but then I can’t warn people about this company. This company is a scam! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM OEMETE!!! I thought I was getting a good deal since their posted their price online for a pair Brook shoes was cheaper than all the others. Once they took my money that I paid with my credit card, they issued me a bogus order number and a bogus tracking platform that you can’t even contact without having to download a tracking app that you must paid for according to others and you can’t unsubscribe. The tracking app from their website “reports” your product’s trip from China, which I was not informed initially. After a month, their website’s tracking system let you know that your order was “successfully” delivered-which is a lie since there was no delivery. Now I will have to contact my credit card bank to try and get my refund since it’s a complete waste of time trying to contact this company. This company is about crooked as they come.

Beware and stay away from these crooks! I placed an order with the company thinking they were in the US and called them several times but no answers. I wrote them to inquire about my order and no reply from anyone. If I ever researched that the company was a Chinese entity I would have never purchased anything from them as they only produce fake crap. I will call my credit card tomorrow cancel the order. Shame on me for not researching and shame on google for allowing the chinese crooks to roam free on the internet…

Should have known better but I took a chance and lost. Ordered a pair of boots then tried to cancel the same day. No one answers the phone and after 5 rings it hangs up. Tried sending 4 or 5 emails to cancel. Finally got a nonsensical reply asking about my email address. Sheesh it all looks Chinese and I have contacted my credit card to file a fraud dispute. Avoid this site!

I placed an order, still havent received it, contacted them 3 times for a refund, no response, the address is some apt, not even a company and supposingly it shows on shipping that it was in china, then hong kong, my understanding was it was in usa..going to file claims with my credit card and try and get a refund

They did not deliver the item I ordered. Gave me the run around. Do not trust this website. It's a scam

Scam website. Don;t fall for it. Check reddit or other sites for more info on the oemete.com scam

Placed an order 12/06/2024, still today their website says that my order “has not shipped”. Two different communication emails stating “because of the holidays they were behind. Now no communication at all. SCAM!!!!!!!! I have reported them to BBB and Attorney General.

I place an order on 12/10/2024, and by 1/2/2025 the order was still shown as "Not Shipped". I was assured in 2 correspondences that the order was in process and they were simply busy with the holiday. Subsequently, I've researched this merchant and discovered that many customers have been dissatisfied with orders which were not fullfilled, fullfilled with the wrong item or fullfilled with a fraudulent item. I've since contacted my bank and issued a fraud claim, which was honored. I'm now left hoping that Oemete does not sell my personal information or jack my credit card.
