Damaged part
They sent me a damaged sun visor for my Subaru-the mount is cracked and the visor doesn't flip up and down to block the sun. I won't order from them again!
Took My Money, Then Ghosted Me. Here's How Their System Works.
Do yourself a favor and order from a different company. This place (oemusedautoparts1.com) is a masterclass in how to take a customer's money and then make it impossible to get support.
Here’s the story:
I ordered a part I needed urgently on June 26th. They had no problem charging my card instantly. But that's where the service ended. I received no confirmation email, no receipt, and no order number. When I check my account on their site, my order history is totally blank, as if I never ordered anything.
Now, here's the part every potential buyer needs to see. I tried to contact them everywhere:
Phone: I called the number listed on their website. It is an automated recording that instructs the caller to send an email to support@oemuap. It is impossible to speak to a human.
Twitter: I posted publicly at their handle, as their Direct Messages (DMs) are disabled.
Facebook: I posted on their public page and also tried Messenger. The Messenger bot just provides an auto-reply telling me to email support@oemuap.
Instagram: I created my own public post detailing the issue and tagging their account (@oemuap), as their DMs are disabled and their page is completely inactive.
This company has systematically shut down all standard lines of customer communication across every platform, forcing customers into a single email address with no tracking, no ticket number, and no guarantee of a response.
But here's the most deceptive part: that little "Google Customer Reviews" button on their website. It looks like a place to leave a public review, but it's a closed, invite-only survey system. You can only leave a review if they invite you via email after your order is delivered. It's not a real public review page—it's another dead end designed to silence unhappy customers.
So now they have my money, I have no part, and I'm left posting warnings like this. Avoid them at all costs.
If they actually manage to resolve this, I will update this review and all others. Until then, consider this your warning.
Very good and worth it!
Very good and worth it!! The part I ordered was in great condition and matched my car!! Definitely recommend 👍👍 also very fast shipping!
Parts meet and surpass expectations
I must state that my exlerience with this company has been great. So far everything has been well explained about the purchase of used parts and I'd been aware that cosmetic issue will alway be present, but parts have provided the intended service and had meet and surpasses my expectations on performance.
DO NOT ORDER
They had my 'upper display" listed but when I received it, it was the wrong part for my car. They listed it incorrect but are charging a restocking fee and I had to pay for shipping. never order anything from this company. They are purposely listing wrong items to keep the 15% restocking fee. This is how this company makes money. The shipping cost nearly as much as the part. They are a scam. They barely have a website and website is obscure for a reason. No reviews so i learned never to do business with a no body company that has no reputation whatsoever
IF I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGITATIVE ZERO…
IF I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGITATIVE ZERO I WOULD.
FIRST TIME CUSTOMER, ORDERED ,PAID.
THEN AFTER A WEEK THEY CANCELED MY ORDER SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE A REPLACEMENT, (LIED THEIR SITE HAD 2 MORE IN SEPERATE PLACES.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE STAY AWAY FROM THEM. 1ST REVIEW FOR ANY COMPANY IN 8 YEARS BY ME,!

The worst site ever I ordered a intercooler, it’s it’s been over two weeks. I still haven’t received my part. I left multiple voicemails multiple emails and haven’t had one replied back super disappointed. I lost two weeks of my time. It was easier for me to just pay $50 more elsewhere to receive it in three days super disappointed and didn’t get my refund.
This Company is a scam
This Company is a scam. They did not deliver the product and they kept my money. $100.00 CDN
They said they would refund me as soon as they receive the product back. They received it back and then kept my money. They even emailed me saying they would refund me as soon as they get it back. Total scam here. The price and costs were not as promised.
Ordered an ACM
Ordered an ACM for my car. Doesn't work. The plastic piece across the front was broke.
I've tried emails and left voicemail messages. They don't answer. I'd look elsewhere for a part. Don't learn the hard way.
Update: While the part didn't work, I did get a full refund after a few days of emails. Little to no responses until I got the refund.
Legit
I ordered a left rear tailight assembly for my challenger. Awesome price and
It shipped quick. I just swapped out the part a few minutes ago and its in working order.
The transaction was legit. No complaints.
Junk
Radio received had antenna connectors broken off and the DVD door worked right 1 time. Tried to get customer service help 2 times,no response. Gave up. Do NOT waste your money like I did. Additional warranty and express handling paid for as well. SCAMMED.
Do not waste your time
I ordered a starter for my vehicle for a Lexus, they sent me the wrong part, it was for a mazda and looked extremely old. That was very frustrating. I emailed them and advised they sent me the wrong part where can i send the part back to-they did not respond but they refunded me back my money. What a scam -im just thankful i did get my refund. They are seriously wasting people time.
Bad part! No response!
Got a faulty part and could not get a response from them. Even purchased the 1 year additional warranty!
Poor quality parts
I ordered a sunvisor. The photo showed some grease marks, nut not the small hole or the broken mounting cam. Totally worthless part as it cant be installed.
Also they added a 1 yr warranty to the bill, fortunately the credit card company charged that back.
Warranty and Handing scams
I purposely did not want the warranty. They charged me for it. Total scam. They also try to scam you into priority handling
Don't Order from OEMUSEDAUTOPARTS1.COM
I ordered a part going on 2 weeks, and the UPS tracking info shows a shipping label was executed, but the package has not been received at UPS for shipping.
Printing a label is a lame attempt to show the customer your order is being processed, but it's not proof of the package being shipped.
I'm in the process of having the bank retrieve my funds for reimbursement.
I can't clame the site is a scam, but it's a misleading, and irresponsible site.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!💩
Sent us a radio that does not work
Sent us a radio that does not work. Tried calling and emailing dozens of times you get voicemail no one returns calls. Find another place to buy from.
I ordered a part for my car
I ordered a part for my car, and the process seemed straightforward at first. However, it turned into a frustrating experience. I ordered a part specific to my car model—I know exactly what I drive. The part arrived fairly quickly, but the box seemed unusually large for what I had ordered. The next morning, I tried to install it and quickly realized it was too big.
I double-checked my order to ensure I hadn't made a mistake. I hadn’t. I contacted the company, and they asked for my VIN and photos of the part they sent. The following day, I received an email stating that I had ordered the wrong part. But I knew I hadn’t. I reviewed my order again and discovered they had changed the product details on their website.
Here’s what happened: the website initially listed the wrong product number for my vehicle. After I sent my photos and VIN, they corrected the product listing—and then claimed I had made the error. I work in tech, so I understand how these things work. What made it worse was their refusal to own up to their mistake.
I would have been happy to exchange the part and even pay the $25 shipping fee to get the correct one if they had simply apologized. Instead, they blamed me and insisted I ordered the wrong part. When I asked for a refund, they said it would cost me $25 to return the item because, in their view, I made the error.
The lack of accountability was a dealbreaker for me. Had they admitted the mistake, this could have been resolved amicably. If you decide to order from this company, take screenshots of everything. I, however, won’t be ordering from them again.
Sent the wrong part (the part did not…
Sent the wrong part (the part did not fit the auto make/model/year as described). Then they ghosted me when I tried to return the part. What a waste of time and money.
