This is absolutely the worst insurance I have ever had. Pay Attention to this comment, I never write any comments even when I have really bad experiences with companies, but I decided to write for this one because I want to warn you.
I know that insurances are usually bad, but this one is by far the worst. Once I made the contract (my mistake), I asked them if there were english speaking professionals as my German is not fluent. They never replied to me, I asked them twice, and they replied other stuff but not this Question. Very slippery
That being said, I also understand that nobody is obliged to speak english, but even in German it is impossible to contact them. They do not respond any e-mails, I think once took them one month to Reply me About a legal Question, and the other 2 or 3 times I tried to contact them by E-Mail they simply never Reply.
The ONE time in over one year I tried to use the insurance, it was denied. I had to pay for a lawyer consultation even though I have a legal insurance (!).
Also, pay Attention to the cancellation policies. I wanted to cancel after the contract period (1 year), but I missed the cancellation period, and even though I have the contract for more than one year, now I have to have it one year more because it is automatically renewed.
So, basically: if you don't speak fluent German, stay away. If you speak fluent German, stay away also, because you are not gonna receive any answer, support, and they are going to try their best not to cover any legal issues you might have. Awful, absolutely a scam.
