This broker would be more impressive…

This broker would be more impressive they had a mobile app. The website is easy to use on the computer but not so much on the phone. For example, if I'm trying to deposit or calculate my commissions it's almost impossible on my phone. I hope they will get an app out sometime in the future.

Everything is great EXCEPT the…

Everything is great EXCEPT the reporting system. I don't know how some company can have a reporting system with 10 different reports and I as an IB don't need that many. I just need commission and lots report. I hope their IT can fix this in the future.

I got a free bonus from them but later…

I got a free bonus from them but later found out it wasn't losable, what's the point of that? Please be more clear about your promotions. This bonus is not attractive at all. More NDBs would be better.

Thanks to customer service for solving my case, it wasn't easy but my funds were stuck for a few days because of a missing POA and they were able to solve and take in documents that I sent. I wish I knew earlier though.
