Your support team and customer service is tops one of the best I have encountered in any company that I have dealt with. They respond to you immediately.
Everyone was so helpful in guiding me through the process of replacing my motor which was having difficulties. They sent me another Rejuvaknee at no extra charge. It took awhile to figure out how to send a video of it not working but they explained clearly how to do it. My new one is working perfectly and I'm already reducing my knee pain substantially.

I must admit it was frustrating, trying to get my request answered.
Then finally customer service, heard my request for the need of extension straps to hold my shoulder pad in place.
I'm not a small person and have a 54"chest.
How when I was able to hold it place it was helpful.
I received notification that the complementary strap will be arriving soon.

Product was received in a timely manner. Received a duplicate order and wanted to work out a return. I contacted customer service. They responded immediately on a Sunday. After explaining the situation they told me to go ahead and keep the extra items. I was not billed for it. I was thrilled, as it's the triple method shoulder massager and I have a friend who has a similar issue as me that I'll gift it to.

The virtual assist tried helping first, but they failed, and disconnected the call. Adam, a live assistant, was most helpful, polite, understanding and accommodating in refunding a monthly subscription that was not ordered by me.
