I open this app today to complete surveys for 3hours thinking is real but they deceive me with fake points and as I withdrew that points I recieve nothing to my PayPal but a message removing my account and log me out. Your ability to qualify for surveys provided by our external advertisers is typically based on a number of factors such as your location, gender, age, occupation etc. so not something we have a lot of control over.
The quality of your previous responses can also have quite a large impact on how many surveys our advertisers can offer. Better quality responses ensure more available surveys.
In relation to whether or not you can "trust" truspilot, sadly nowadays not as much as you could 6-8 years ago. A number of changes mean that people can now leave false and defamatory reviews on businesses without having to prove they are real, or even that they had a genuine experience with the business.
We'd recommend either Feefo or Reviews.io where at least you can guarantee the reviews are from people who've used the service. If Trustpilot ever resolve their issues, then they would be the best,, but sadly they've dropped drastically over the last few years.

Account Flagged When Payout Requested. This site is not working out, and I simply want to get my earnings and quit using it. When I requested the payout my account was flagged. A support ticket was created, the site demanded that I provide the following information:
1 - In months and years, please confirm how long you've been living at your current address.
2 - Please can you confirm how you found our site (eg. Search, recommendation etc.)
3 - Please can you confirm the subject or requirements of the last survey or offer you completed.
4 - Please confirm the phone number used when registering on our site.
I see absolutely no reason why they need the first, the second is just so they can milk more information out of me, the third they have in their records and as I utilize multiple such sites I do not record every survey, the the fourth, I would be happy to provide.
This is an insane list of requirements that the site basically has no need to know.

Don’t use this website I just got banned because a survey took away my money and I tried to contact support then they said they can’t do anything about it. Then when I looked a tried to do an offer they said my account was marked as an cheater and I contacted them once again but then they said “ Hi,

As per the response you already received, we can confirm that you were correctly banned for our site for committing serious fraud and using fake information to register. You will not be allowed back to our site under any circumstances as that type of behavior will not be tolerated.
Be clear, you did not use your real information to register & have produced no ID to verify the details are real, that is why you were correctly banned from our site. We do not tolerate people registering fake information on our site. We suggest taking responsibility & the resulting consequences of your your own actions, and stop trying to prevent others from earning on a legitimate website by writing false revenge reviews simply because you made bad choices.
If that wasn't bad enough, your now coming back making false claims about stealing information in addition to the other lies you've told. My relationship with this website was just fine until this morning when I completed a survey and decided to request a withdraw only to have my account suspended, pending verification, and now I don't know what to do since as of today henceforth am no longer a member of the website. And after contacting support as I was advised to do in order to verify my account. I received a permanent ban on my account with no detailed reasons provided as to why this happened! And according to the admin further communication on my end will be met with silence only.
And my main problem with this is that after having been so careful not to do anything that goes against the website's terms and conditions and wasting so much of my time completing offers and tasks I've been frustrated in the end and given very little information to go on except the words 'failing security checks'.
It would have been better if I'd at least received a warning and given some direction on how I should conduct myself moving forward but given the paranoia-borne strictness of the website that seems very unlikely and nothing of the sort will be forthcoming.

I don't think there is any great mystery over why you will have been banned permanently from our site based on that alone.

Good news. Despite your efforts to avoid supplying your account details, we managed to trace your account. You were flagged by our advertisers as a result of previous history taking surveys marking your account as extremally high risk. This came as a result of large volume of reversals for not completing a large number surveys correctly.
You would certainly have been aware of this issue and no doubt either stopped working on other sites due to large negative balances, or perhaps even banned from a number of similar sites already for previous issues.
