Delivery was fast and communication was good but they never sent me tracking information so I didn't know when to expect the package

I am still waiting for my inverters and no one has contacted me with any information about when or if it will arrive,every day some one has to stay at home in case we get a call or a message ,for all i know is that it was delivered to the wrong address in Mpumalanga and i am in Heidelberg in the Western Cape,at least let me know if there is movement so that my wife and i can go shopping together.

I was sent faulty products and batted for a month to get hold of someone and now I must pay courier again to return faulty goods.

Problem your closing down your shop and I'm still looking for buying from your shop

I'd have appreciated an eta on delivery just silence can't even find my order on my orders.

They have improved communication and delivery speed a lot, ordered on a Sunday and received Wednesday, very happy.

I bought two 2000W portable inverters on the same day but at different times. For the second one, I forgot to state that the product should be delivered to me.
They contacted me and when I told them it was a mistake, they sent both to me even though I paid for only one delivery .

I ordered 1000kw portable inverter(trolley) and recieved a 5000kw wall inverter.

This company went out of their way to make sure I get the right inverter after the wrong one was sent to me.
Just a pity the company are closing down,hence the reason for the low prices!

Excellent service

This is not the first time. Previously it was also about a order and the time it took. Now we are at it again. I placed the order online end of January 2026 (I double checked that they do have stock - 81 available). 2 weeks later I contacted them to ask when will the deliver the order as we are now 2 weeks down the line with no feedback. Then after another 3 days and contacting the senior manager I was contacted with the excuse they picked the order wrong and unfortunately now cannot give me what have was ordered as there is no stock available anymore. Because of poor order management on their side I now cannot complete my system build with the same products as they have ended the product range.

Made an online order and got a confirmation email, stating I will be contacted when order is ready, but no further communication from the company for a week on progress of order, it’s now up to me to chase them and keep checking. There is a WhatsApp contact number but that’s barely checked annd responded sporadically… Avoid if you don’t want stress.

The only reason I give 2 star rating and not 5 is due to communication. The numbers on the website is not working and really struggled to get hold of someone regarding my online purchase. And really poor feedback communication and no reply on whatsapp number which is on the website.Other than that I'm really impressed with my inverter trolley. First impression is unbelievable. It is neat and looks/feels like quality. Just love the size of it and it represents stunning.Did quick test and I'm really impressed and happy how it works. Thank you for that Goscor. I placed an order for some items which was advertised as having more than 20 units in stock. 3 days later I got a mail saying there is actually no stock and they suggested an alternative. I accepted the alternative and requested a refund for the difference. It has now been another 3 days and I am yet to hear from anyone and they are still sitting with over R10 000 of mine.

I placed Oder on the 1st Feb and up to now today 9th, there is no communication. There call line doesn't go through.l paid Oder and paid courier too and on their website they say they deliver within 5days but still now second week nothing. No one respond to whatsApp messages, calls don't go through, email on web no answers. Im worried about my money and l don't recommend anyone to buy from them they sound to be scammers.
