I asked for a refund because I ordered office keys for Microsoft instead of apple by mistake unfortunately I have a MacBook so I couldn't use this version of office keys I emailed customer service multiple times but I was not helped at all, the help that I got was vague and not explained and I still have the subscription for absolutely nothing. very bad customer service!
