Very expensive, dubious quality
If you are happy to pay £39.90 per month for document converstion (which seems rather expensive to me) then I guess this is an OK service. I had a PDF converted into Excel format, for a 50p one off charge. Excel on a Mac would not open the document produced by Office-PDF - I had to open it in Apple's Numbers app, and then save it as an .XLS but it did work. (After a bit of effort).
I hadn't noticed the recurring charge part on the web page and by the 48 hours they had charged me the monthly fee. I have emailed their customer service to cancel the subscription but not yet heard back, and have blocked payments to them on my credit card.
It is also interesting that so many of their 5 star reviews are from people who have only ever left one review on Trustpilot.
