Early doors atm, but they approved my ID quickly and forwarded initial mail from companies house very promptly. For the price, absolutely does what it says on the tin. Thank you!
Update: only a couple of weeks in, but they continue to be prompt at sending things through and communicating effectively.

Unfortunately, when it comes to address verification codes we only forward these across to clients who have the correct service in place.
As mentioned on our website, the use of our address with Amazon, Google, Bing, and anywhere else that requires additional verification would require clients to purchase the Virtual Premium Package, paid annually.
We ask for this so that our services are not abused, and the address; alongside any relative items will be entirely covered.

I've been using OfficeServ for a few months and have found them to be really very good. I needed to call and check a few things before registering and was able to get through quickly to a lady who was very helpful.
