I've had several issues with the service providers from the platform who were very difficult to communicate with, were not transparent and so on. HOWEVER, any time I needed anything reviewed/explained/fixed, Dmitri and the managing team from Office Guru were super quick to answer, cordial, and helpful. They were super easy to deal with and everything I disliked from some of the service providers were made better by the very high level of customer care from Office Guru.

Really good service, support team and sleek management platform. OfficeGuru platform is a must in any office management professional's toolkit.

At my company we've been using OfficeGuru for almost 5 months now and have been very happy for their service. The platform is very intuitive and easy to navigate around. The customer success service has also been on point, no matter what questions we've had, we would receive an answer or a solution for it. Supplier's service has also been very good.

Our company is using Officeguru for services such as general & window cleaning, fruit delivery and plant care. It's a super user friendly platform where it's easy to gain an overview of our running services, agreements, schedules or get into touch with the contact persons in case any questions arise or we would like to make changes in the agreement. There is also a mobile application available that makes it even easier to communicate for example with the cleaning staff as it's super easy to attach pictures to the messages. Officeguru's staff is also very nice and extremely helpful every time I reach out. We are very satisfied so far. :-)
