Failure to download
I have not been able to download this product!
When I used your link I was asked to open a Microsoft account.
There was some confusion between my account application and my wife's account on her laptop.
Eventually I managed to open an account and yesterday I received notification from Microsoft that my order had been processed.
When I now try to download the product it says that my license key number has already been redeemed!
There seems no way that I can access the download.
Please refund my payment.
