Website is easy to use
Website is easy to use, item arrived in great condition. Delivery driver Phil was very polite and professional and situated the chair within the workspace. The only reason for the reduction in stars is because I think initial communication around estimated deliveries could be better. After waiting 3 or 4 days for update after receiving my confirmation, I then noticed that you have to email a different address to request this info. The other reason is (as stated in other reviews) my delivery was cancelled on the day citing vehicle breakdown and had to be rescheduled. I appreciate that I did receive a phone call explaining and wasn’t left waiting or assuming. As this seems like a common theme I would say the delivery component is an area that could be worked on.
