Terrible garment quality and ZERO customer service
I made an order of the Goya Corset top. I was very excited to support a brand with creative designs but was very disappointed with my overall experience. When it arrived the packaging was great, but the item felt like something from Shein. Regardless, I was still excited to wear it. I wore it to sit in the audience of a speaking event so it was about 2 hours of not rigorous wear and the boning had burst through. I was really upset because I expected better quality from a brand based on a very popular sewist. I reached out to their customer service email about the issue and I never heard back. It's been over a month since my initial contact so I wrote a comment on their instagram about my bad experience but I imagine the comment was deleted or something as I've never heard back. Save your money! You're paying for zero customer service and wretched quality garments.
