I ordered a Mel Gibson autograph with the option of sending in the item I wanted autographed. Official Pix helped with the order efficiently and I was very pleased to receive the autograph. 5 stars.
This company used to be good and tbh still delivers in reasonable time but in the last 2 years they've really started jacking their prices up, probably because like most US companies they can take advantage of corporate greed.
Their prices have increased about 40%, well over the price of inflation. They charge extortionate amounts for character names and quotes, even though celebs charge a base rate for a session.
As for @starwarscrlebration.com their prices increase 40-70% on top of the last event prices and then they charge you for you to provide them with a piece to sign, sometimes as much as the autograph it self.
To add further insult to injury, the shipping cost seems to be made up because shipping the same item from where you live to their 'send-in' address, even with 'insurance protections' it's a figure the scrooge mcduck couldn't come up with.
Advice - use SWAU, a lesser known company (that you can review online) or use a consigner where possible
