Ordered two limited edition 1500final shirts. They arrived and look like the normal cheaper ones without sponsor logo? As they sold out a year ago doubt they are genuine so asked for them to arrange collection or pay for postage as they are not as described. Hardly ever reply to emails and 3 weeks so will be taking them to small claims court.
Ordered on the 27th of May for a gift for fathers day. Didn't arrive or gave no updates. Messaged the store saying if its not coming for fathers day then I might aswell have a refund then they respond saying the refund is being processed. Why should it take that long for a simple shirt to be delivered?

They don’t even deserve 1 star. I am very disappointed!!!! This is the worst side you can buy things from. When you buy stuff, u don’t even get a order confirm!!! I been try to get in contact with this idi*ts, and they only replay to my first mail and not my second. They keep making excuses for why they can’t send me, a order confirm. And that’s is f***ing b*llsh*t. So ridiculous that I used my time on you and your bad store!!!!!!!!!
Ordered my son a kit for his birthday, all perfect, name and number printed on shirt. Used size chart on website which was easy, was quickly able to sort out the right size to order. Took 6 days from order to delivery which is fab seeing as it was personalised. Very happy Xx
Ordered a shirt from this store which was dispatched with Hermes, after 5 days it was listed as delayed. I contacted officialwesthamstore and was told they would look into it and get back to me. I heard nothing else for 2 days so put a dispute in with Paypal and contacted them again. It has now been 21 days and I have not had any contact from them since, just waiting for Paypal to refund me. My best guess is that the courier lost my item and most decent honest companies would of apologised and sent another out. This one just ignores you, now after a month I should be getting my money back. My advice, avoid.
